1. Am I going to get fair market value for my house? – That depends on what you consider fair market value. If you mean, “Am I going to get the TOP of the market price?” The answer is NO, we have to discount the price so we can make money. If you mean, “Am I going to get a fair price for a quick sale on a house in less than perfect condition?” The answer is YES. We want our transactions to be WIN-WIN. That means we win…and you win. You get out of a house that you no longer wish to own. We get a good deal and can fix it up and resell it for a profit.  That’s win-win.

2.  I just bought my house last year – I owe more than it’s worth. Will you buy it? – Probably not. Most of the folks who sell their homes to us have been in them for at least 5 years. Otherwise there really isn’t any equity in the house and it is  equity that keeps us in business. 

3.  How are my interests protected? – We will attend a closing at an attorney’s office. He will prepare the deed, disburse the funds, and provide other functions as well. He will ensure that you receive the money stated in the sales contract.

4.  I am in foreclosure, can you rescue me and let me stay in my house? – NO. We are not in the foreclosure “rescue” business. We buy houses. Sometimes we buy them from people who are facing foreclosure but in every case, when we  buy the house, the sellers move out.
